Hola everyone,
Philo here.
Happy Thanksgiving. I have a lot to be thankful for this year. Above all I am thankful for my Mother, my Brother and my Sister in law for being here with me to share thanksgiving with me. It's great to hang with them again.
My web site is up and running. My friend Rodger, my web master, just included a new video of my band playing the song "I've Been Dreaming about Mexico." It's just a rough version but we will be tweaking it and also adding new videos of other tunes soon. Rodger has also added a guest book so please stop by and check it out and while your there sign in and say hi. Click on the address below to check it out.

We are now open at 8 am for breakfast and lunch. We will have all our menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner posted on our web site soon.
Our BBQ ribs and Chicken are a big hit. They are served every night so come by and give them a try.
Sunday is the big day. If you have reservations for our San Sebastian trip, we will be leaving from Philo's at 10 am. If your driving from PV, or any other place for that matter, we will meet you there. Bring long pants, socks and shoes as well as other personal items that you need. Other suggestions include, your own pillow, a flash light, maybe even your favorite blanket. San Sebastian is at 5,000 feet so it gets a little chilly at night. It's going to be fun folks.

Intermediate Spanish with Laurie will begin on Thursday, Dec. 4 at 9:45 a..m. Classes will be every Thursday and Saturday, with a break for the Christmas holidays. Laurie will be using Madrigal's Magic Key to Spanish by Margarita Madrigal. This book can be purchased at NV Bookstore upstairs at Paradise Plaza in Nuevo Vallarta and at the The Book Store inside Soriana grocery store at Plaza Caracol in Puerto Vallarta. A 20 peso donation will be requested to help fund the Children's English Class at Philo's.
Those of you who are returning soon, please remember to bring Christmas gifts for the Children. Santa says small stocking stuff works out well. Santa will once again be handing out some 350 to 400 gifts to the children of La Cruz this year at our annual free Christmas pot luck dinner.
